Store Policies

Shipping | Orders ship Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays, within 48 hours.

We ship within the continental US offering the following Fed Ex services:
* Ground service: 1-5 days transit, to a business address Mon-Fri by end of day. No PO Boxes.
* Home Delivery: 1-5 days transit, to a residential address Tues-Sat 9am-8pm. No PO Boxes.
* Fed Ex 2day: 2 business days transit to most areas, by 4:30pm for business & 7pm for residential.
All FedEx shipments include tracking and insurance. Check specific transit times at FedEx.com.

Customers outside of the continental US, please visit our Ebay Store or contact our Retailers.

Return Policy | If you are not completely satisfied with your carryyou.com purchase it may be returned within 30 days of ordering for a refund, less the shipping costs, or for exchange. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the return. Shipping charges will apply to all returns/exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or discount promotion will have the cost of shipping or discount subtracted from the refund. Any items returned in used condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please do not mark packages "return to sender" or refuse shipments as we cannot locate these type of packages in our shared warehouses and therefore cannot be responsible for them.
